OUR 2017 SEASIDE CONTEST WILL BE HELD SATURDAY, JUNE 17TH, 9AM AT THE FLAGLER AVENUE BOARDWALK – REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 8AM!
The contest is an annual event and coincides with the New Smyrna Beach Seaside Fiesta. The “Fiesta” is a street party held on Flagler Ave. the third Thursday of June. Ten’s of thousands celebrate the summer season with food, drink, games and music The club has a booth where we sell t-shirts, raffle tickets and anything else not nailed down. The raffle tickets are for a new custom made surfboard ($600 value) as well as other fine prizes. It’s a family event for kids, old and new, and a good hoot, too! Both our Seaside Fiesta and our Spooktacular contests are amateur events. Entry fees are $15 for event registration and $15 for each division entered. Tadpoles are just $15 entry fee. All competitors get a free contest t-shirt and top finishers receive hand made wooden trophies (Club members make these trophies with their little old hands). Our contests are truly family oriented events and a heck of a lot fun.
